In respect of theft or loss of your mobile phone.
You are required to report the theft or loss to your Network Provider within 24 hours of discovery in order that they can blacklist your handset.
You are required to report the theft or loss to the Police authority within 48 hours of discovery and obtain a crime reference number in support of a theft claim and a lost property number in support of a loss claim and a copy of the Police report.

Payment of the excess must be made before we settle your claim.
Processing of the claim
Our aim is to process the claim within 2 working days of submission. If your phone is being replaced, please allow 3 - 5 working days from authorisation. If the phone is being repaired, please allow 5 – 7 working days from authorisation.
